Seeking Low Tide
This is our version of a typical deep tissue massage. Like when the tide rolls back and beachgoers search for treasures the water left behind, let us peel back the layers and find your deeply rooted knots and tension.
Although deep tissue is often equated to deep pressure, it refers more to the variety of techniques used, and can be performed at any depth necessary to elicit the most relief.

Is there pain or stiffness that is holding you back from daily activities? Is it hard to hook your bra on behind your back? This treatment is a good option for more focused work on tension, pain or reduced range of motion! For deep tissue, if you want full body & a focus on one or more areas we recommend booking a 90 min or longer.
A Day At The River
This is our sports massage inspired treatment.
We will pack our tote bag and cooler with a variety of massage techniques and tools so you can head to the river to relax and play without fear of injury or pain.
Are you training for a race, dancing on the daily, or just playing basketball on the weekends and noticing your muscles getting tight? Or even some pain creeping in? This massage will help keep your muscles loose and prevent injury from your practice. Get back to doing what you love!
Midnight Swim
This is our relaxation massage. As peaceful as a midnight swim, this session includes a slower
pace - working more broadly with the intention of overall relaxation instead of focusing on specific tension. It will often involve less talking, always includes at least two hot towels and shouldn’t leave your body feeling overworked.
Do you have trouble sleeping? Is your anxiety creeping into how you hold your body? Are you going through something difficult? Are you f*cking stressed out?! This is the ultimate opportunity for us to hold space for you, as we believe that one of the most underrated benefits of massage is to simply feel cared for.
Watering The Garden
This is a focused treatment on your extremities, elbows down/knees down, since these areas are often given less time during a massage. We don’t always notice when these areas get tight or sore because the muscles are small and mighty, but it can feel sooo good once they begin to relax. Refresh these areas and get back to watering your garden!

Do you spend a lot of time working with your hands, or on your feet? Can you never seem to get enough massage on your forearms and calves? This is the massage for you! If you want shoulders down/hips down we suggest booking 90 mins or more. *To include Ashiatsu, book with Mikaela
Keep Your Head Above Water
This treatment is a whole session on just your scalp, neck and face. For those of you who always look forward to those relaxing final moments of a typical massage, we’ve turned that into a whole session. Most people hold a lot of their tension in these areas, often felt in the neck and jaw. Our intent in treating both the neck and entire head is to provide a holistic approach for more long-lasting relief.
Do you wake up with a headache? Find yourself clenching your jaw in traffic? Feel like rubbing your face while studying? Let us handle that tension!
Seeking Low Tide - Ashiatsu
This treatment encompasses everything from our deep tissue treatment but is performed with both hands and feet. Using bars overhead to give broad firm pressure with the feet, mixed with focused work by hand.
Have you sruggled with getting the deep pressure you’re looking for in past massages? Do you need broad myofascial work? This is the treatment for you!

Midnight Swim - Ashiatsu
This treatment encompasses everything from our relaxation massage but is performed with both hands and feet, using light to medium broad pressure.
A swedish style Ashiatsu promotes deep relaxation and increased circulatory effects, with its slower pace and an increased point of contact.
Do you need a total reset and to be so relaxed you could fall asleep? This is the massage for you.
Includes at least two hot towels and often less verbal check ins so that you can fully let go. For more details on Ashiatsu visit the tab on our website!
Student Trade!
For Massage Students only! We are excited to offer a 180 minute student trade: including an hour to receive a treatment, and hour to give a practice treatment and an hour for set-up/discussion/feedback.
Whether this is a school requirement or your own learning opportunity, this is the best way to learn!
